These systems feature all of the superb Seaward features along with a 316L polished intermediate connecting tailpipe allowing use or re-use of the boats original tailpipe just as a direct replacement to the factory headers. These systems are one of kind custom built systems per application and are priced based on a complete filled out measurement sheet that must be provided by the purchaser.

Here's the facts: There is no other performance exhaust manifold system on the market today that with as many features and advancements in construction PERIOD. Starting with a 356T Heat treated tubular style cast internal core that has been optimized to flow with the technology design and shape and design of a tubular header. By extending the runners and separating the exhaust pulses to the collector this system produces maximum power in a compact design.

More Facts: 1000 hour salt spray coating. That's right this industry has never seen these types of processes. These products are extending the naval and aerospace program products as much as ten years. Sure the finish is that of a show piece, but it's truly what you can't see that sets these systems apart. Underneath the thick non-porous billet heat treated aluminum casing lies the most exceptional foundation of corrosion protection found anywhere. A hydrogen infused zinc process is applied to each manifold. Until now salt spray testing could merely only withstand 100-150 hours of sustained exposure, Today those numbers are 1000 hours of durability.

• MerCruiser changed their exhaust system design in 2002 by creating a Dry-Joint exhaust system thus removing the cooling water passages from the perimeter of the riser and manifold flange area.  Dry-Joint is a proven enhanced design exhaust manifold and exhaust riser compared to standard “Wet-Gasket” style of marine exhaust manifolds and exhaust risers common to early or old style marine industry offerings
  

This Shift / EFI bracket fits Hardin Marine Seaward Series Exhaust Systems. Can be used for either application.

NOTE: If using with a riser mounted O2 Sensor, modification to bracket will be required or O2 sensor moved inboard.

These breathers are designed to mount to the top of the valve cover with no bolts exposed. Each breather is highly polished.

Short Billet Vent 7-1/2" x 3-1/2" - Each

These long style billet aluminum vents offer the provision to use a bilge blower hose to exhaust fumes in your engine compartment. Each vent measures 7-1/2" x 3-1/2" and each of these will accommodate the short style billet grab handles.

Side Entry Billet Remote Cooler Sandwich Adapter - Generation 4 Big Block Chevy

These unique adapters are used when a filter is desired to be used in a block mounted fashion.  This unit lowers the original filter location by 1-1/2" while providing 1/2" NPT inlets and outlets.  The factory oil bypass is eliminated in this situation.

When a marine engine is installed in the bilge of a boat there is little or no access to the bottom of the engine therefore a remote mounted oil filter is required.  An oil filter block off adapter must be bolted on the original oil filter location to accomplish this.  These block off adapters are constructed of 6061-T6 billet aluminum and then beautifully anodized for superior corrosion resistance in harsh environments.  They are completely O-ringed on the sealing surfaces to eliminate oil leaks, copper sealing washers are NOT used under the mounting bolt heads.

Silicone / Metal Valve Cover Gaskets - Valve Cover Gasket Fits All Big Block Chevy - Sold in Pairs

Hardin Marine's Perm-Align valve cover gaskets are specially designed for that hard driving, all-out racer who wants to be sure that he has the best protection against valve cover leakage caused by the valve cover gasket being blown out or sucked in by changes in internal engine pressures. The gasket is made of 30 durometer rubber vulcanized to both sides of a thin steel frame and will far outlast cork and rubber composite gaskets. They can be used many times. Black silicone color.
