A regulator is not included. A Regulator is sold separately. The Holley fuel pumps meet USCG requirements and are a great reliable fuel supply for any marine engine. Each pump includes a mounting bracket and fuel/fume vent tube These pumps weigh less than 3 pounds and come with 3/8" NPT inlet and outlet provisions.
