One of many of Hardin Marines latest cooling innovations in a new two stage sea pump for the popular Mercury Racing HP525, 600SCI, 662SCI, and 700SCI engines. Engine builders have been pleading for a solution to the lack of water that the factory sea pump delivers and Hardin Marine rose to the occasion with the development of this product. Finally an answer to failed headers from water starvation and detonating engines from under supplied intercoolers.

This pump is designed to retrofit to all Mercury Generation 5/6 engines equipped with a sea pump mounted fuel pump. This pump accepts the OEM factory mechanical fuel pumps that are integrated components in the OEM fuel system and provide additional priming support to the factory EFI system. On the supercharged engines this unit is perfect to solve the cooling system short comings of the factory single stage sea water pump system that splits the single water supply to feed the factory intercooler.

2" Aluminum Flush Style Fuel Fill

These great looking fuel fills are extremely low profile. Each cap features unique finger grips on the perimeter of the cap allowing easy removal and installation. All mounting hardware is covered when the cap is installed.

• a 2" hose connection
• and is vented.

2" Billet Flip Lid Fuel Fill

These low profile style billet fuel fills use an integrated flip-up style lid that aids in opening and closing the fuel fill. The cap is threaded and screwed into the inner flange covering all mounting hardware. Each cap is vented with a small drilled hole and features an O-ring seal and a 2" hose connection. The vent hole is threaded and can be plugged with a pipe plug (not included) if desired.

The Hardin Marine bracket not only has a unique mounting feature, it also has an integrated O-ring cushion. It will not scratch or mar the cooler and it provides a non-slip clamping surface. Inferior brackets literally crush your cooler to hold it. Don't crush your cooler - clamp it correctly with Hardin Marine oil cooler clamps! Use counter sunk flat head 5/16" screws/bolts to mount (not included). The clamp is 3/4" wide.

Marine Fuel Fill Hose 2" I.D.

This is true USCG approved marine grade fuel hose Don't take any chances with your investment Use only marine grade hose.

Fuel line hose is sold by the foot, i.e add quantity of 6 for 6 ft. of hose.

Hose comes in maximum of 12.5 feet sections. Please specify if you want sections cut into specific lengths when ordering over 12 feet.

This polished aluminum fuel fill has been America's No.1 choice for decades. It's spring loaded flip top provides quick easy access. The base of this cap measures 3.5" X 2.5" and accepts a 2" fuel fill hose.

2.5 LB Halontron Fire Extinguisher, Chrome - Measures 15" X 3"

Halotron I is a safe, effective, environmentally acceptable chemical blend based on the raw material HCFC-123. It was originally introduced in 1992 to replace severe ozone depleting halon 1211, or bromochlorodifluoromethane (BCF).

Halotron I is discharged as a rapidly evaporating liquid, with a throw length of 6 to 45 feet (1.8 to 13.7 meters). Its relatively high boiling point of 80.6°F (27°C) gives it an advantage over other clean extinguishing agents, which tend to have lower boiling points and therefore evaporate sooner, limiting their throw length and overall effectiveness to the non-expert firefighter.

Also, unlike traditional dry chemical agents such as monoammonium phosphate (ABC Dry Chemical) or potassium bicarbonate (Purple K), which can be corrosive, Halotron I is a clean agent that leaves no residue after application, and consequently inflicts little to no collateral damage on equipment in the vicinity of the fire.
