The Motorized Battery Switch has two modes of operation. Auto and Manual. There is a LED located on the battery switch to indicating Battery Switch Status.
Auto Operation:
The Battery Switch moves from a state of "Auto Off" to
"Auto On" when the remotely mounted switch is turned on. During the time that the battery switch is in "Auto On" mode, the "Auto On" LED is illuminated.
Auto operation of the battery switch is not possible whilst in manual mode. If auto operation is attempted, the LED will flash for 3 seconds then stop. Knob must
be returned to "Auto Off" before normal auto operation can continue.
Manual Operation:
The automatic operation of this battery switch can be overridden at anytime by depressing the control knob and turning clockwise towards the "Man On" position or counter clockwise towards the "Man Off" position. During the time that the Battery switch is in "Man On" mode, the "Man On" LED is illuminated.

is activated by a ground, whereas the 516-9805-006-1 is activated by +12V.

Three rotary dials and an LED display simplfy setting the cylinder select, start retard and rev limiter. Plug-in rev limiter chips and hard to read dials are a thing of the past. For diagnostic purposes, the LED display can also be set to a live tach mode on V8’s and even display battery voltage with the turn of a knob.
The 6M-3L is a capacitive discharge ignition that multi-sparks from idle to 3,000 RPM providing a clean idle and quick throttle response. This marine grade electrical choke prevents voltage spikes – caused by noisy loads – from potentially damaging or preventing Bluewater push button switches (and other MOSFET driven push button switches) from entering In Rush protection mode.
It is highly recommended for switches that control constant pressure washdown pumps commonly used in freshwater systems.
The electrical choke houses two coils which dampen the alternating transient signals coming from your noisy loads like washdown pumps; providing a clean flow of DC power to your switch.
To install the choke, simply butt connect the ends in series with the output of the switch; Preferably as close to the pump as possible, but can be done anywhere between the switch output and the load device in the positive conductor.
The VSS (Voltage Sensitive Switch) Motorized Battery Switch performs an automated paralleling function during charging, which allows two separate batteries to be charged as one.
Auto Engagement of VSS:
When the charging source is higher than 13.7VDC for
more than 5 seconds, the VSS will engage.
Auto Disengagement of VSS:
When the battery drop under 12.2VDC, VSS will be disengaged.

Emergency Parallel Function: The VSS Emergency Parallel Function can be operated through a remotely mounted momentary switch or button. The VSS will remain in parallel mode for 10 minutes. If after 10 minutes the voltage on either has not reached 13.0V the VSS will disengage. If the voltage reaches 13.0V on either battery the VSS will remain engaged and both batteries will continue to be charged. At any time depressing and holding momentary switch or button for 5 seconds will disengage the VSS.
Manual Override: The automatic operating of the VSS can be overridden at anytime by depressing the control knob and turning clockwise towards the "Manual On" position or anti clockwise towards the "Manual Off" position. Once the VSS attempts an automated function whilst in manual override, it determines it is in manual override (On or Off) and the LED will start flashing rapidly.
