HP 3/8" U-Bolt Kit For Bravo Outdrives

This U-bolt exceeds OEM strength with over 6,000 pounds of tensile strength.  The U-bolt is made of 17-4 stainless steel.  The nylon insert lock nuts are made of Monel, an extremely strong material used in military applications.  The U-Bolt kit fits Bravo Gimbal Rings and is an ideal upgrade for heavier boats and those running high horsepower engines.  This upgrade will help to eliminate gimbal ring and swivel shaft failure in your Bravo outdrive.  Replaces Mercury part numbers 10-805164 (U-bolt) and 11-862903 (Nuts). Fits all Bravo Outdrives.

This beautifully polished CNC crafted billet aluminum HP Fuel/Water separator filter kit is the perfect solution for standard and entry level performance marine engines. This unit features 1/2"NPT inlet/outlet ports on either side for convenient fuel system plumbing and return. Sturdy one piece billet construction allows easy remote mounting of the included FST fuel/water separator filters. The FST Performance RF500M fits the OEM Mercury racing filter head as well as the Hardin Marine Billet fuel / water separator head #625-7667. This filter removes contaminates downto as small as 3 Microns while separating water, with a flow rate of up to 200 GPH flow with less than 1% pressure drop at 75psi through 579 sq.in. of filter material. Hose and fittings not included.

Take note marine engines are subjected to extreme loads caused by high rpm runs for long periods of time subjecting your filtering situation to that of a racing vehicle. Racing filters are designed to flow more oil at any given rpm and that's what a marine engine needs most not filtering for thousands of miles like a car.
