Bravo Heavy-Duty Spanner Wrench For L-18 U-joint Bearing Retainer , Replaces OEM #91-862219A1, #91-862219

Removes and installs the drive shaft bearing retainer on the Bravo XZ, XR and Diesel Bravo drive units. Made of steel with a black oxide finish. Pin assembly is made up of allen cap screws with a replicable treated dowel pin pressed into the body. This assembly design allows you to replace a pin if damaged by unscrewing the cap screw and replacing it with a new one.

This item is to replace 1992 and up Bravo One's with the oil passage.

It can be modified to backfit 1988-1991.

The oil passage in the waterway has to be plugged on early models that do not have the passage in the upper. It is best to drill and tap the hole and install a set screw with sealant. Make sure to place the screw flush or slightly below the surface.

This unit has side water intakes only. For dual water intakes see SE122.
