These all new shortened lower units come with Mercury XR parts installed by using the IMCO lower housing and installing XR factory parts, you get the best of both worlds. Units are fully assembled and ready to install. Prop hub kit is included.

New Mercury XR Upper With IMCO Shortened Lower Complete

This is an all new XR upper drive with an IMCO shorter lower. The IMCO lower has all Merc XR parts installed this drive is complete 1.50 ratio. Optional gear ratio is available as an upgrade.
