Imco's unique two-piece internal I-beam configured
gear case, stainless steel top cap and tempered steel alloy
press fit tower greatly increases the strength of the drive.
By developing a fully boxed-type construction with upper
and lower reinforcement flanges to help stabilize the net
forged, straight gears and Imco's rigid pinion system.

The New HPX Bravo upper by Max Machine is for the really serious
boater using the Machine Worx Power Tower. This is the best tower we have
seen and the strongest too. The tower fits in the bottom of the floor of the
upper Bravo housing and goes all the way thru to the bottom (not press or screw
in like others). This housing is also machined for the new 4130
chromoly spanner nut and seal carrier and u-joint spacer kit. All the bearings
have been upgraded to higher rpm ratings, the upper shaft has been upgraded
to the new Machine Worx torsional shaft, upper cap is upgraded to billet
with the new cooling fins and a large diameter upper bearing. This is a
true upgraded drive.
