Starting with a 356T Heat treated tubular style cast internal core that has been optimized to flow with the technology design and shape and design of a tubular header. By extending the runners and separating the exhaust pulses to the collector this system produces maximum power in a compact design.

More Facts: 1000 hour salt spray coating. That's right this industry has never seen these types of processes. These products are extending the naval and aerospace program products as much as ten years. Sure the finish is that of a show piece, but it's truly what you can't see that sets these systems apart. The Seaward 525/600/700SCI staggered-custom exhaust system offering is designed for the boats the were originally equipped with their engines in a staggered formation placing one engine fore and aft of each other. Traditionally the front engine was equipped with a taller set of headers that often had unique tilt and angle to overcome passing the tailpipes past the rear engine.

These systems feature all of the superb Seaward features along with a 316L polished intermediate connecting tailpipe allowing use or re-use of the boats original tailpipe just as a direct replacement to the factory headers. Stainless Marine has been building quality marine exhaust systems for a number of years. So when theneed arose for a manifold option or solution for the popular Mercury racing 525/600 and 700 EFI enginesthey were right on top of it. Stainless marine has designed an exhaust pattern machining fixturethat when attached to the factory cylinder head will allow boring, drilling, machining and tapping of auxiliaryexhaust system attachment holes. These new holes will allow attachment of one of their traditional H/Pmanifold systems. Exhaust exits are designed for standard Bravo exit locations.

Note: Machining of Cylinder Heads is required to use these manifolds. A machining fixture is available for rent to facilitate this.

One of many of Hardin Marines latest cooling innovations in a new two stage sea pump for the popular Mercury Racing HP525, 600SCI, 662SCI, and 700SCI engines. Engine builders have been pleading for a solution to the lack of water that the factory sea pump delivers and Hardin Marine rose to the occasion with the development of this product. Finally an answer to failed headers from water starvation and detonating engines from under supplied intercoolers.

This pump is designed to retrofit to all Mercury Generation 5/6 engines equipped with a sea pump mounted fuel pump. This pump accepts the OEM factory mechanical fuel pumps that are integrated components in the OEM fuel system and provide additional priming support to the factory EFI system. On the supercharged engines this unit is perfect to solve the cooling system short comings of the factory single stage sea water pump system that splits the single water supply to feed the factory intercooler.

Truth be told these engines hunger for improved air flow, so the folks at Hardin Marine set out to build what would become not only the answer but a part that beams of jewel like beauty when mounted to the engine. Constructed from the finest aluminum and stainless steel materials, Hardin was able to match their proven high flow air screen pack with a high flow velocity stack type air inlet to create the ultimate flame arrestor. Boasting more than 60% more air inlet surface area, these units will now support air flow needs of up to 900 horsepower. So whether you want to own the hottest looking flame arrestor for appearance reasons or performance reasons, Hardin marine has it.

Note: Blue Anodized is a custom option and takes 7-10 Days to ship. This flame arrestor only worked paired with Hardin's bored throttle bodies. It will not work on stock throttle bodies.
