Our 3 stage Extreme sea pump is unsurpassed in the marine industry and is the number one choice of the most recognized engine builders and offshore racers in the world today!
Designed to incorporate the same features and the single and dual stage pumps, the addition of one more impeller allows for maximum water flow to be passed through the engine while the third impeller is dedicated to cooling the intercooler only. Dyno testing has shown that dedicating an individual water flow thru the intercooler does indeed increase horsepower. The triple stage Extreme pump allows you to accomplish this without sacrificing valuable cooling water in the engine itself. This pump is custom configured to your individual needs.
Stainless Marine now offers its time tested system for the 496, 8.1 Mercruiser Chevy engine. This is the same exhaust manifold that has proven itself time and time again both on the race circuit and on pleasure boats. It is designed with the Hi Torque in mind for both reliability and ease of installation. It, like all Stainless Marine products, carries the best warranty on the market along with the assurance that is made by a company known to stand behind their products.

Loopcharged: In 1976 Mercury / Mariner /Force introduced a V6 engine with loopcharged pistons. This engine was the V-175 HP 6-Cylinder. A loopcharged engine has a transfer port cast into the cylinder wall in such a way that it will direct the air / fuel mixture towards the combustion chamber and spark plug tip without the need for a piston deflector. All engines with a flat top or a slight dome on the top of the pistons will be loopcharged. Loopcharged engines will not have removable transfer port covers on the side of the cylinders.
