Max Volt Catalyst Eliminator Computer

The Catalytic Eliminator Computer (CEC) is designed specifically for marine engine application testing. A team of marine electrical engineers created this easy to use testing tool to define failed secondary or post O2 sensors needed for replacement. There is no cutting or splicing of wires; everything is plug and play! Perfect for testing a replacement performance or racing only non-O2 based exhaust system with a header system to obtain peak engine performance data.

If your boat has fouled its post oxygen sensors and is no longer under the factory warranty, then you know what it costs to have new sensors installed and the trouble codes cleared. This unit will bypass post O2 sensors and solve a failed/plugged or no cat application.

Note:

Only works with the 4 pin plug switching style O2 sensors.
Will not work on the newer wide band O2 sensors with 6 pin plugs.
Works with Mercruiser applications ONLY.

WARNING! This module is not to be used on emissions regulated waterways. The intent of this module is to allow the running of a catalyzed marine engine without the catalytic converters installed and without triggering any ECU error codes. With the engine operating in this condition, the emissions control system will be rendered inoperative. For this reason, do not operate the vessel on emissions regulated waterways. This computer system is not legal for any purpose other than testing purposes and not for use on any state or federal waterway.

The wedge can be turned downward to fix a porpoising problem or upward to free boat up that rides wet. Fits most Berkeley, American Turbine, Legend Pumps, double check the size of your nozzle flange with specs below. Double drilled can be used with 8 or 16 bolt installs.

Red/Blue Anodized XRP 120° Non-Swivel Aluminum Performance Hose Ends are designed with the aviation nipple and cutter design, to prevent blow off and leakage problems that can be encountered by other styles of hose ends. To many top race teams, no other style is acceptable. XRP Hose Ends are manufactured from specially heat treated 2024-T851 aluminum per QQA-225/6 and 6061-T651 aluminum per QQA-225/8 as specified for those fittings. All hose ends are JIC 37°. Must be orientated to the correct angular position during hose assembly.
