KE Performance Products new fuel pump is based on the industry standard Carter mechanical marine vent style fuel pump but features a custom 6061-T6 billet aluminum intermediate and lower housing. This pump is designed to offer greater reliability, increased strength/durability and more consistent fuel pressure and flow. These pumps also feature -8AN to #8 fittings and a special taper to maintain clearance as stock pumps. Available to fit big block Chevrolet applications.

Heavy duty, high-output marine mechanical fuel pumps are designed to provide a continuous supply of fuel to Ford and Chevrolet V8 performance engines. Designed with a total of three inlet and three outlet valves, a continuous and always adequate flow of fuel is guaranteed. The heavy duty construction ensures longevity under the most extreme conditions. A fuel/fume tube is part of the marine design to provide a safe fuel exit in the unlikely event of a diaphragm rupture. Available either with 3/8" ports (110 GPH) or 1/2" ports (130 GPH) these marine pumps are the ultimate expression of this breed.

The Holley line of high output mechanical fuel pumps has been completely redesigned for 2001. Their new aluminum housings save weight and all components have been designed for extreme reliability and safety. Performance is there to the MAX. This pump is the original equipment pump designed to be used on late model Generation 5 and 6 GM engines that don't have a fuel pump pad on the engine block. This pump has a unique actuating lever that allows it to be used on a MerCruiser Sea Pump that has a fuel pump mounting pad.

By swapping our redesigned pump assembly on to your Gen 5 or Gen 6 fuel pump we can increase your fuel system to an estimated 120 GPH mechanical self-regulated from 6-8 PSI. This pump has a -10 inlet and a -8 outlet. A perfect upgrade for supercharged engines.

These pumps feature light-weight die-cast aluminum bodies and fuel bowls, heat treated high speed levers, anti-float springs, flat diaphragms, and a clocking feature that allows variable inlet and outlet configuration. Pumps operate between 6-8 PSI, requiring no regulator. The most noticeable features are the -8 AN outlet and the -10 AN inlet fitting that allows the pump to easily provide fuel for the most demanding conditions.
