Replacing an Mercruiser exhaust system, manifold, riser or elbow can be quite a pain as most Mercruiser factory parts have quite a premium attached to them. Many companies have stepped up to provide quality Mercruiser replacements at a fraction of the cost. These are brand new from factory and completely compatible and interchangeable with Mercruiser. For marine exhaust manifolds, an accurate cast is crucial. For our Mercruiser replacements, the uniformity of the internal walls enable them to increase the water cooling area inside the manifold by 30 to 40%, decreasing exhaust gas temperature and lowering overall engine compartment temperature. The accuracy of the casts prevents thin spots in the internal walls that can corrode prematurely, possibly causing severe engine damage. The casting accuracy increases the life of the manifold, thus reducing costly repairs for the boat owner. By tuning the manifolds by separating the exhaust cylinders internally our Mercruiser replacment exhaust manifolds are able to increase the engine's efficiency, which results in fuel savings and increased power.

Complete Exhaust Kits and Systems

Direct replacement Mercruiser Exhaust Manifold and Riser/Elbow Kits are available for Mercury / Mercruiser, OMC, Volvo and Barr / Indmar / Marine Power applications. From Inline 4 cylinders to V8's, we have Mercruiser replacement manifolds. Most packages are offered in either a 4" Hose connection or a 3" Hose Connection version, depending on what the Mercruiser manufacturer used. Replacement Exhaust system packages are sold in single engine kits and include mounting bolts, exhaust and riser/elbow gaskets and drain plugs if applicable.

The Manifold

Direct replacement Mercruiser manifolds are available for most Mercury / Mercruiser applications from Inline 4 cylinders, and V6 to V8's, we have Mercruiser replacement manifolds. Replacement manifold packages are sold each and include gaskets and drain plug if applicable.

The Riser or Elbow and Spacer Kits

These direct Mercruiser replacement risers / elbows are compatible with existing Mercruiser manifolds. The term "riser" and "elbow" are used interchangeably to describe the same part. They come in 3" or 4" hose connection versions. The Riser / Elbow packages are sold each and include gasket, and bolts for mounting. Some risers are available with built in spacer and in other cases the spacer kit is sold separate. The space functions to raise the height of the exhaust riser connection, either to clear other parts on the motor or raise the exhaust exit.
