Propeller shaft length is critical
and must be measured correctly. To ensure overall shaft length,
measure from the V-drive shaft to the back of the strut barrel, and add 5".
Different alloys are available differing in strength characteristics ranging
from weakest to strongest as follows: 303, 17-4, Aquament 22. The amount
of horsepower available should be the determining factor in your selection
of the correct alloy. We will be happy to make a recommendation for you
in this respect. Just give us a call.
