AND ENGINEERING The Whipple twin-screw
supercharger is simply one of the easiest ways to
generate big time horsepower and at the same time,
have increased engine durability and reliability.
Roots-type superchargers rob enormous amounts of
power and life from your engine because of high
temperatures and large power consumption. Roots
superchargers have always limited engine builders
to low boost setups because of high temps, but the
Whipple Charger allows anybody to run lower
compression and high boost pressures while at the
same time, extending engine life. Low compression
motors effectively produce less temperature and
less strain on the engine. Some skeptics think
you’ll lose power but in reality, the Whipple
supercharger is the most effective method of
attaining low rpm torque and high rpm horsepower,
no other supercharger or engine could match the
unique combination. Turbos and centrifugals have
tremendous lag time, while Whipple Chargers
generate boost instantly. No other supercharger
system can generate the amount of torque that the
screw-type supercharger can produce.
The Quad Rotor EFI
also comes with our unique “air-bypass” system
that allows even the biggest cam’d engines to idle
below 1000 rpm with no blower surge. This allows
for the big 1200 hp engines to maneuver at slow
speeds with ease, less strain on drives and
transmissions while increasing safety around the
docks. The “air-bypass” system also lowers the
parasitic losses during cruising situations, which
dramatically improves fuel economy, something
unheard of in the marine industry.

integrated intercooler manifold was designed to
add no additional height but at the same time, out
perform all current intercooler core designs with
superior cooling capacity, corrosion resistance
and heavy duty construction. No other intercooler

INNOVATIVE
PACKAGING The innovative Quad Rotor
EFI comes in many different versions for fitment
in all types of applications. With the unique rear
entry compressors, custom billet 2100CFM throttle
bodies, integrated flame arrestors, the quad will
fit under almost any hatch. Whipple also offers a
massive integrated cupronickel
intercooler manifold that offers superior cooling,
100% corrosion resistance and at the same time,
adds no height to the package. The Quad Rotor
comes standard with a 12-rib serpentine belt
system with the triple v-belt accessories. For
tight applications, you can run with a grooved
harmonic balancer that allows the SC belt to run
inside the accessories, a Whipple exclusive.
That’s right, you can make up to 1600HP that fits
under the hatch!!
