Aluminum Hose Ends
XRP has been a leader and innovator in the marine industry for years. Now they have added their own full line of performance plumbing products in the way of stainless steel braided hose line, adapter fittings and swivel hose ends. Constructed of lightweight 6061 aluminum alloy and finished with a bright anodized finish these fittings turn any plumbing project into a work of art with ease.
The AN adapter fittings are designed for leak-proof sealing with any manufacturers hose ends. The forged aluminum adapters are manufactured to aerospace standards.
Swivel hose ends are designed for smooth flow, easy assembly and longer life. The elbow ends are built using a one-piece billet tube construction method, which avoids leaking braze joints. A Viton o-ring seal allows 360 degree swivel rotation, while the AN flare assures leak-proof sealing eliminating the need for taping. Compatible with all AN adapter fittings. Available in bright red/blue anodized finish.

These XRP Aluminum Performance Hose Ends are designed with the aviation nipple and cutter design, to prevent blow off and leakage problems that can be encountered by other styles of hose ends when assembled with stainless steel or nylon braided hose. XRP Hose Ends are manufactured from specially heat treated 2024-T851 aluminum per QQA-225/6 and 6061-T651 aluminum per QQA-225/8 as specified for those fittings. All hose ends are JIC 37°.

These XRP 45° Double Swivel Triple Sealed Hose ends have an Aviation-style nipple and cutter design, prevent blow off and leakage. Design allows for full angular positioning after assembly. These fittings feature the latest in racing plumbing. All hose ends are JIC 37°. Compatible with Stainless Steel CPE race hose and XR-31 hose. -4 and -20 ends are not available in double swivel, only non-swivel.
