Hardin Marine Xtreme Series Crossover Cooling Systems:

A crossover cooling system provides the optimum method upon which to allow an engines inlet cooling water to enter the engine by eliminating the excessive drag caused by the circulating pump cooling system.  Removal of the circulating pump offers potential power gains due to the elimination of this drag.  Hardin Marine offers the finest and broadest selection of crossover cooling systems found anywhere.

These water crossovers are CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and have a black hard coat anodized finish that protects them from the harshly corrosive salt water environment.  They are completely O-ringed on all sealing surfaces which eliminates the need for sealing gaskets.  The billet aluminum covers are also O-ring sealed and are polished to a mirror finish or can be custom color finished by the customer.  Available with a single center inlet 90 degree 1-1/4" NPT fitting or with dual side entry 1" NPT inlets.  The popular 90 degree center inlet style is lower profile than previous models and prevents interference with blower belts.  The inlet can be indexed or clocked to different positions in order to accommodate water inlet hose routing.  All covers are available with power steering mounting ears to be used in conjunction with the Hardin Marine crossover mounted power steering pump.  Inlet hose barb fittings are available separately.  These units fit all popular B/B GM type engines.

	This is the standard version of our single inlet crossover.  These units feature a single 90 degree 1-1/4" hose barb.  The inlet is a lower profile design than previous versions preventing interference with supercharger belts.  The inlet can be clocked or indexed to different positions accommodating various water inlet hose routing.
