Highly polished very well welded. Has Hardin Marine logo etched on the top. The ones I ordered came with rubber flapper inside. Been on my boat for over a year, still look brand new in salt water. What you would expect from Hardin Marine, a solid piece. Packed very well during shiping. I would buy these again.
