Dana Billet Aluminum Side Mount Throttle/Shift Control

Finally a REAL billet side mount shifter. This right hand side mount two lever control is specifically designed for easy shift and throttle operations. 3/4” thick aluminum construction not only looks tough, it also provides a very smooth arm movement. A newly designed friction brake allows for easy external tension adjustment to fine tune the throttle arm to your needs. This shifter also features a trim switch in the throttle arm, an integrated trailer button, a precision neutral safety switch, a kill switch that accepts your Mercury tether, and a neutral shift detent. Best of all, this control will replace your early or late model stock Mercruiser single lever control. Dana has gone the extra mile to build this control so it accepts 33 series and Mercury cables. Their custom cable mounts allow for the cables to enter from multiple angles.

These custom billet bimini top brackets offer the very latest in function and styling.

These billet aluminum and stainless steel constructed mounts feature a quick release function so that even when the bimini top is not installed there only a slim billet mount pad left exposed This system is sold as a kit with four mounting bases and two quick release mechanisms.

These bezels are machined from 1/4" 6061-T6 billet aluminum. It is designed to fit the flush mounted side bow lights #620-1016.  Available polished or in your choice of powder coated colors. These can also be used with the LED Nav Lights and the adapter bezel plate (730-LEDNLAP), however the adapter plate will require some machining to fit.

Flow Torque 496 Mag/HO Exhaust Kit, Polished

DMP Flow Torque exhaust systems are high quality cast aluminum direct replacement exhaust systems for your stock or mild performance marine engine. DMP offers several different riser styles to fit their manifolds you’ll be assured to find a system to fit your boat. Modeled after the historic Nicson exhaust manifold system, Dana Marine Products systems use scavenging technology for optimum performance. All systems come polished but are also available powdercoated for an additional charge. Optional hard anodizing available for salt water applications is available.

DMP’s new 496 exhaust kit had been assembled using their proven Vortex technology. DMP has designed this kit to be a direct bolt on with no fabrication required on the 496 engine. This is a direct replacement for 496 MAG and HO engines. 2005 and later 496HO applications will also require an upgraded fuel pressure regulator part # 124-EX-2010.
