This kit represents one of the cleanest installations of a water inlet crossover system found anywhere.  The highly polished 316L stainless steel construction locates all of the necessary hose connections in the perfect location for easy installation.  This system uses a large 1" bypass hose for increased water volume...no tiny 5/8" stuff found here!  Eliminating your power robbing circulating pump has never been easier or more attractive.

These crossovers are commonly used in bypass style cooling systems. They have (2) 3/8" NPT outlets - one on each side. These outlets can also be used to feed water to the bottom of GM siamese bore engine blocks for even water distribution.

Standard 1-1/4" Slip-On Port Entry Stainless Steel Water Inlet Crossover - Big Block Chevy

This high quality stainless crossover uses precisely machined inlet plates welded to a large diameter crossover tube to provide equal water distribution. It also uses a standard 1-1/4" slip-on inlet connection.

This version of our popular cross over features both a low profile swivel 1-1/4" hose barb provision and also a power steering pump mounting provision creating the ultimate single inlet crossover available anywhere.

These water crossovers are CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and have a black hard coat anodized finish that protects them from the harshly corrosive salt water environment. They are completely O-ringed on all sealing surfaces which eliminates the need for sealing gaskets. The billet aluminum covers are also O-ring sealed and are polished to a mirror finish or can be custom color finished by the customer. Available with a single center inlet 90 degree 1-1/4" NPT fitting or with dual side entry 1" NPT inlets. The popular 90 degree center inlet style is lower profile than previous models and prevents interference with blower belts. The inlet can be indexed or clocked to different positions in order to accommodate water inlet hose routing. All covers are available with power steering mounting ears to be used in conjunction with the Hardin Marine crossover mounted power steering pump. Inlet hose barb fittings are available separately. These units fit all popular B/B GM type engines.

Single Inlet 1-1/4" Crossover

This is the standard version of our single inlet crossover. These units feature a single 90 degree 1-1/4” hose barb. The inlet is a lower profile design than previous versions preventing interference with supercharger belts. The inlet can be clocked or indexed to different positions accommodating various water inlet hose routing.

This version of our dual inlet crossover offers the provision to incorporate a power steering pump mounted to the crossover. This is the ultimate dual inlet configuration and eliminates the need for any additional power steering brackets.
